The leaves are changing, the temperature is getting cooler and pumpkin flavor is everywhere. Yup, it’s fall alright — my favorite season! I honestly don’t know anyone who doesn’t like fall. Not only do I love the temperature and fall flavors, but of course — fall fashion! This is probably the easiest season to transition too. Every year, most of the same trends come back with few new changes and trends.
Here are the easiest 5 transitions you can make without breaking the bank:
1. Hint of Camel
Camel Booties: Forever 21 // Sweater: H&M
If you don’t already, buy something camel. I could definitely keep buying all types of bags and shoes in camel. They go with possibly anything and just something about it, is perfect for fall! Booties are also a perfect add on for fall.
2. Add a Leather Jacket!
Dress: Forever 21 // Leather Jacket: Target
I’ve definitely had a leather jacket in every fall post I’ve written over the past few years. I’ve had this same one for about 2 years now and just might invest in a new one this season. Zara has some of my favorites! I prefer black but camel leather jackets are in too.
3. Soft to Dark Hues
Palazzo Pants: Inayah // Fur Scarf: H&M // Bag: Zara // Lip Color: Diva by MAC
Summer was all about soft colors like cream, nude and baby pink. These can definitely be transitioned into fall with some added dark tones. Like above, I paired my nude Inayah palazzos with a black leather sweater and a dark lip. A dark lip is the easiest way to add some dark tones into your fall wardrobe.
4. Scarf it Up
Chambray Shirt: Forever 21 // Bag: TJ Maxx // Shawl: Random Boutique
Printed scarves are a perfect way to add some life to a neutral look. Even when out running errands, you can add just throw a printed scarf around your neck. As it gets colder, blanket shawls are even better to to help you stay warm and trendy.
5. Bulk up the Accessories
Shawl: TJ Maxx // Jeans, Bag, Booties & Necklace: Forever 21 // Hat: H&M
Who doesn’t love accessories? Bulk it up this fall with necklaces, bags and hats! I kept most of mine from last year and definitely plan to bring them out again this season.
